What this means is that youth leaders make the decisions about what activities the Scouts will undertake each month, and run each meeting and outing from start-to-finish. The Scoutmasters provide guidance (when needed) along the way, but the boys are in charge.<\/h4>\n<h2>Outings<\/h2>\n<h4>We strive to have about two outings per month \u2014 at least one of those is an overnight camping trip. Our Scouts enjoy car camping, moderately challenging backpacking, bicycle trips, snow adventures, and day trips.
